Mail-In Sharpening Instructions

To help ensure your items arrive safely and are processed quickly, please follow these steps:

1. Protect Your Items

Carefully wrap each knife, pair of scissors, or clipper blade using bubble wrap, packing paper, or the item's original box or protective case. Proper packaging helps protect both your tools and anyone handling the package during shipping. To ensure the safety of your tools please ship in a box and not a mailer.

2. Include Your Order Form

Please print and complete our sharpening order form and place it inside the package. This ensures we have all the information needed to process and return your order promptly.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your package arrives, we'll send you a confirmation letting you know your items have been received. We'll also notify you again when your order has been sharpened and shipped back to you.

5. Turnaround Time

Our typical turnaround time is the next business day after your package is received. We take pride in providing fast, high-quality sharpening so you can get your tools back as quickly as possible.
