By submitting your items for service, you acknowledge that if The Grindstone Sharpening determines an item requires repair beyond standard sharpening (such as chipped blades, damaged tips, loose pivots, broken parts, excessive rust removal, or other necessary repairs), additional charges may apply. We will contact you for approval before performing any repairs that incur an extra cost.

Loaner Equipment Disclaimer

At this time, we do not offer loaner equipment while your items are being serviced.

We understand how important your tools are, which is why we pride ourselves on providing a fast turnaround time. Most sharpening services are completed quickly, and overnight service may be available upon request to help minimize downtime. If you have an urgent need, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

As a thank you for your service, we proudly offer free sharpening of one duty knife or one pair of duty scissors for first responders.
